Cuban Haircut

Normal business and blog will return tomorrow.

For the past several days I've been in Cuba, but I took lots of books and am ready to roll.

In the meantime, one of the things I always try to do in a new country is to buy some poetry and get a haircut.  I was able to do both.

On our first day in Havana I found a plaza with dozens of second hand booksellers.  Find of the day:

Jose Maria Heredia - A Cuban Poet at Niagara Falls (in English and Spanish).

Was also able to find a bilingual edition of Pablo Armando Fernandez - Learning to Die.

Thanks for your patience, see you tomorrow.

Michael Dennis
